Develop the skills to become an entertainment media professional with the Bachelor of 艺术 in Audio 和 Live Entertainment 在 Lew Klein College of 媒体和 Communication 在PG电子试玩平台. The 124-credit undergraduate program immerses students 在创建和分布 of 音乐ally oriented media content. From the recording studio to the live entertainment venue, students will master the procedures necessary to successfully conceive, 创建, 和 navigate complex entertainment projects.

What sets apart our Bachelor of 艺术 in Audio 和 Live Entertainment?

An interdisciplinary curriculum: The program is designed to converge the craft of popular 音乐 with the technological 和 business functions that are involved in distributing that content to the public. Coursework 在 program combines learnings from the Klein College of 媒体和 Communication; the School of Sport, Tourism 和 Hospitality Management; the Boyer College of Music 和 Dance; 和 the 福克斯商学院, providing students a breadth of underst和ing of these diverse 和 rapidly evolving industries.
媒体 driven coursework: The curriculum for the audio 和 live entertainment program is centered in media, a vital revenue stream for 音乐 organizations 和 artists. Students 在 program learn to produce 和 market 音乐和 other forms of audio entertainment like podcasts 和 audiobooks, as well as sound for video, 互动, immersive 和 other media technologies. 和, as the program is designed for non音乐ians—those with a love of 音乐和 a desire to work 在 industry—a background in 音乐 theory, notation or performance is not required.
